Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@thefashionfabric.com with your order details and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
Approved exchanged products will be delivered with in 7 days

Return Eligibility

    1. We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of delivery, applicable only for products received with a manufacturing defect or transit damage. We recommend inspecting your fabric order immediately upon delivery, as our return window is shorter than industry standard due to the custom-cut nature of fabric products.
    2. Once a return request is approved, our courier partner will attempt pick-up twice from your registered address. If pick-up cannot be completed (due to service unavailability in your pin-code), you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address, and return shipping costs in this case will be borne by [the customer / us — confirm which]
    3. Products must be returned unused, uncut, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Returns received in used, altered, or damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days of the return being received and inspected, and are credited back to your original payment method.

All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10:30am-8:30pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
